Patient Survey Update

Sash introduced the use of Real Time Monitoring Devices in January 2010 to undertake patient surveys

The Trust now has 5 kiosks and 23 handheld devices which are used at both East Surrey Hospital and at Crawley Hospital (Comet ward, Crawley Out Patients and Crawley Day Surgery Unit)

The results are downloaded each month and the Ward Managers and Matrons draw up action plans for their areas .
